CHOOSE A COST MODEL
LEVELS
01 FIXED FEE
Think of it as hiring a fraction of a lab manager. You pay a monthly fixed fee based on how much of a Virtual Lab Manager you need. You are reserved a human to be available each day.
02 PAY-AS-YOU-NEED
Pay a smaller monthly fixed fee plus a “VLM Handling Fee” per purchase order–this covers pre-order support, purchasing, any customer service issues, shipment tracking, and ensures invoices are provided to your finance team. Our support will grow or shrink with your needs.
Purchase 50 ($3,000) or 100 ($5,500) POs in advance for a discounted per PO rate.
On our first call, we’ll discuss the best model and level for your lab.
ADD ON FEATURE: SIMPLIFIED INVOICING
Reduce the hassle of too many invoices.
HappiLabs pays for supplies upfront and sends you two invoices/month for the cost of the supplies. Up to $25,000 based on credit approval.
